The MyCall® system is modular in design and features mostly wireless components for easy installation.
MyCall software
The MyCall software runs on a standard PC. It monitors all system devices, displays alarms, and sends alarm information to optional displays and pagers. This easy-to-use software also includes a variety of reports on response times and other aspects of your resident care performance.
Key software features
Daily check-in
You can have your residents “check-in” with the system every day by pushing a button on the wall station in their room. The system will automatically alert staff if any resident fails to check-in.
Reports to track response times
The MyCall software records all system activity in a database, and includes reports the enable you to track response times to improve resident care.
Automatic status alerts
The MyCall system monitors the status of all call points. You’ll be automatically notified if any device has a low battery, malfunctions or is missing.
Infrastructure components
Almost all components for the MyCall system use wireless technology, for easy and cost-effective installation.
Wireless Receiver

The Wireless Receiver picks up signals from resident pendants and other call points, and sends them to the MyCall computer. The receiver is mounted on the wall near the PC.
Wireless Repeater
The repeater increases the range of the MyCall system for facilities that cannot be covered by the Wireless Receiver alone. The repeater picks up signals from resident pendants and other call points, and then retransmits the signals to the receiver.
Resident pendants and call points

The MyCall system enables residents to call for help from portable pendants and fixed wall stations.
Wireless pendant
The water resistant wireless pendant is carried by residents to enable them to call for help from anywhere within the covered area of your facility. It can be worn around the neck or attached to a belt.
Wall transmitter with Check-in
This fixed call point is ideal for installation in each resident room. The Check-in button enables the resident to confirm daily that everything is fine. The MyCall software will automatically generate an alert if the resident fails to check in.
