From RoamAlert® wander alarms to monitoring a range of other devices with the Universal Transmitter, the MyCall® system gives you one handy location to manage a range of different resident safety system. The software records all activity, giving you a record of what’s happening in your facility.

Easy integration with the RoamAlert system

The MyCall system is designed to seamlessly integrate wander alarms from the RoamAlert resident safety system. The MyCall software displays complete alarm information, including the name of the resident and the door where the alarm occurred, and can notify staff via pager or overhead displays.

Monitor remote doors or window

The fully supervised door/window transmitter sends a signal to the MyCall computer anytime a door/window is opened. The MyCall software can be programmed to activate this transmitter group during specific hours of the day.

Receive alarms from mobile devices

The Universal Transmitter device enables you to monitor any device that can generate a signal output (via a dry contact closure). It’s the ideal way to receive alarms from fall monitors and other devices. You are notified via pager or overhead display when an alarm occurs.

Locks
