You don’t need to watch the computer to know when an alarm occurs. The MyCall® system can send detailed alarm information to remote displays and pagers, so that you always know what’s happening even if you’re on the go around your facility.
Remote display
The wireless remote display is installed at key locations around your facility to display full alarm information from resident pendants and other call points. You can divide your facility into zones so that alarms are directed only to the relevant staff. Messages are cleared automatically when a staff members responds to a call.
Pager notification
The MyCall system can be interfaced to any TAP1 pager system to notify you and your staff of alarms. Stanley Healthcare Solutions also offers its own pager system, and the MyCall software includes automatic call escalation. If the alarm is not responded to within a certain period, the MyCall software will automatically escalate it to other recipients whom you specify. It’s an efficient and effective means to ensure that the message gets through, while letting staff members continue with their normal duties.
