Precise location information
The RoamAlert system provides precise location information, right down to the specific room, if desired. The location of each individual is updated automatically in real time, so that you always have the most current information when an alarm occurs.

No IRM
Unlike many staff duress products, the RoamAlert system does not rely on Infrared (IR) signals for its location information. Whereas IR only works if the tag is in direct view of the location beacon—something that certainly can’t be guaranteed in a staff duress situation—RoamAlert reliably locates individuals under all conditions.

Multiple alarm notification options
The RoamAlert software gives responders the essential information they need to respond to a staff duress situation: the individual, the time and the location. The system can also activate strobes, sounders, and pagers.

Supervised system
The RoamAlert system continually monitors each staff tag and device to ensure message integrity. You are immediately notified of a low battery condition in the tag, or any problem with a system device.

Same infrastructure for wander prevention
With the same basic infrastructure, and the addition of wrist tags, RoamAlert can also protect patients prone to wandering.
