Florida Hospital Celebration Health to Share Findings from Clinical Workflow Initiative with Broader Healthcare Industry
Webinar hosted by Modern Healthcare will review how Celebration Health has leveraged STANLEY Healthcare's RTLS technology to track, analyze and enhance clinical workflow
WALTHAM, Mass., April 28, 2014 – Three years ago, Florida Hospital Celebration Health embarked on an ambitious initiative to better understand clinical workflow to find ways to improve efficiency and support patient care and satisfaction. The hospital used STANLEY Healthcare's Real-Time Location System as the platform for the initiative, which involved tracking the movement of nurses throughout their shift, capturing the data and analyzing it for insights into how workflow can be improved. In an upcoming webinar presented by Modern Healthcare, Celebration Health will reveal findings from the initiative based on more than two years worth of data, and outline benefits and best practices for other healthcare organizations interested in similar programs.
