STANLEY Healthcare Joins Alzheimer’s Association in the Fight to End Alzheimer’s

Company will donate a portion of sales of WanderGuard® BLUE Wander Management solution to support the activities of the Alzheimer’s Association

WALTHAM, Mass., July 6, 2017 — STANLEY Healthcare, a market leading provider of life safety and security solutions for the senior living and healthcare industry, today announced that it has become a proud supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association®. The company will make a financial donation to the Association on an annual basis, and for every unit sold of its WanderGuard BLUE Wander Management solution. In addition, STANLEY Healthcare will take an active role in raising awareness of Alzheimer’s disease through participation in events at its principal U.S. operations in Waltham, Massachusetts, and Lincoln, Nebraska.

WanderGuard is the leading solution to help protect individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia who are at risk of wandering. The new WanderGuard BLUE solution is built using entirely updated technology, including Bluetooth Low Energy for wireless communication and a mobile application as the main management interface. It gives senior living organizations an affordable and effective solution to protect residents at risk of wandering.
