Suzanne Foster

President

Suzanne joined STANLEY Healthcare in 2018.  With over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, Suzanne is leading STANLEY Healthcare’s transformation into a leader in technology that empowers caregivers within health systems and senior living organizations.  Suzanne’s most recent role was Vice President & General Manager of Medtronic Transformative Solutions, which she led for over 7 years.  Prior to Medtronic, Suzanne was Vice President of Global Business Operations at Salient Surgical Technologies, Inc. Suzanne previously worked as an attorney, representing healthcare entities at the law firm of Holland & Knight. Suzanne also served as Vice President of Compliance and Associate General Counsel at Elliot Health System, the largest provider of comprehensive healthcare services in Southern New Hampshire. Suzanne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of New Hampshire, her Master of Education in Psychology from Notre Dame College, her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and her Master of Public Health from Harvard University.

Greg Borecki 

VP, Sales

Greg assumed the position to lead the STANLEY Healthcare Sales, Commercial Operations and Sales Training teams in June 2018.  Prior to accepting this position, Greg was STANLEY Healthcare’s Vice President of Senior Living and Fall Management.  Since joining the company in 2013, Greg is credited with building a strong pipeline and ensuring solid sales team execution in the U.S.  Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.  Under his leadership, the company has successfully negotiated key strategic alliances and launched its Connected Partner Program globally.  Prior to joining STANLEY Healthcare, Greg spent more than ten years defining and executing sales strategies for leading healthcare and medical device companies in North America.

Doug Dentler

Chief Financial Officer  

Doug is responsible for overall financial leadership of the STANLEY Healthcare business worldwide.  Since joining Stanley Black & Decker in 2015, Doug served the STANLEY Security group finance organization as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis where he oversaw STANLEY Security North America's forecasting and planning processes.  He significantly upgraded Security North America's Financial Planning & Analysis processes, drove strong connectivity across the Finance team and enabled effective business decisions.  Previously, he was Vice President of Finance at Nelson Global Products and Director of Finance at PolyOne Corporation in the Global Specialty Engineered Materials group.  Doug earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from John Carroll University and MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Scott Hucksoll

VP of Global Marketing and Business Operations

Scott leads the Global Marketing teams, Professional Services Organization and the Project Management Office of our Healthcare business, including RTLS, Infant Protection and Senior Living. Scott joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2012 as Vice President of Business Development for Convergent Security Solutions in North America. Prior to STANLEY, Scott successfully served in a variety of Senior Management roles in the Integrated Security Systems market, including Director of Operations at VideoMinex, Director of Retail Solutions for Securitas Systems and as VP/COO for FocusMicro. Scott is a veteran of the United States Air Force and received numerous commendations for distinguished and meritorious service.

Mark Rutherford

VP, Operations

Mark has global responsibility for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Environmental Health and Safety. Previously, Mark was Director of Operations in several areas within Stanley Black & Decker, including Hardware Home Improvement, STANLEY Security Solutions and Mechanical Access Systems. Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Mark held various Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management roles at leading global manufacturing companies such as United Technologies, Diesel Kiki, and Colt Industries. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and BS degree in Supervision Manufacturing Technology from Purdue University.

Bill Grotevant

Director of Human Resources

Bill Grotevant has a Global Healthcare and IT Human Resources leadership background, having worked with number of large as well as small entrepreneurial enterprises including Digital Equipment Corporation, Data General, Kao Infosystems (Japan), Boston Scientific, Nypro Healthcare, Medtronic Corporation and Taqua Systems. In addition, he co-owned a polyurethane molding business in Upstate New York serving the construction industry.

Bill’s academic background is in research psychology and social science. His research on biofeedback/alpha wave density has been published in the Journal of Clinical Hypnosis. In addition, Bill is an amateur jazz/blues musician and lifelong human rights advocate.
