Vice President- Global Sales and Operations
Bill joined STANLEY Healthcare in 2018 and is responsible for developing the organization’s sales leadership, training and development, and operations teams, along with growing and maintaining revenue while increasing profitability. Bill’s focus incorporates developing both short and long-term strategy, education, and market penetration tactics for the Acute care and Senior Living verticals.
Bill has held leadership roles across STANLEY Black and Decker and brings over 15 years of healthcare sales and leadership experience to his position. He received his B.A. from Rutgers University.
Vice President, Solutions Strategy and Product Management
Ara joined STANLEY Healthcare in 2019 and is responsible for Product Management, UI/UX (software and hardware) and Documentation. In his 30+ year career, the last 15 focused on healthcare, he has gained wide-ranging experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, Customer Success and Consulting. Prior to joining STANLEY Healthcare, Ara held leadership roles at Athenahealth, GNS Healthcare, Life Image, Silverlink Communications, Empirix, Q Laboratories and Software Engineering Technology Inc. Ara holds an BA in Computer Science from Columbia University and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Ara also leads Product Management for STANLEY Access Technologies.
Vice President of Sales – Acute
Ryan currently leads the North and South American Acute Care teams at STANLEY Healthcare covering our Real Time Location Systems, Infant Protection, Fall Management, and Inventory Management solutions. Ryan is a 21 year sales veteran with 18 years in Medical Device sales. He started his career with Covidien where he held escalating roles in sales, sales training, and global marketing. Ryan has been with STANLEY since 2014 and leading the Acute care team since July 2018. Ryan’s goal is to provide open, honest, and transparent communication with his team and customers to provide solutions that truly empower caregivers.
Vice President of Sales – Senior Living
Brian joined STANLEY Healthcare in 2002 and is currently responsible for developing and implementing the company’s overall sales strategy for its Senior Living business. In his 20 years with STANLEY Black and Decker, Brian has held several roles within the sales organization and has a keen focus on growing revenue and profitability. In addition to his responsibilities in sales, Brian also works closely with Finance, Operations, Training, Product Development, Professional Services, Marketing, and other key areas of the business to ensure quality and consistent delivery for team members and customers.
Prior to joining STANLEY, Brian held several sales leadership roles in various organizations outside of the healthcare industry. Brian graduated college with high-distinction, obtaining a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing.
