The web-based Arial Management Dashboard provides Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to assess the “live” status of staff and facility operations at senior living communities, enabling communities to improve resident care through staff efficiency. The graphic, data visualization provides administrators with intuitive, “status-at-a-glance” information for identifying areas for improvement or high-performance.
The Arial Management Dashboard is also a powerful tool for gaining visibility and insights into regional, multi-location performance and collecting multi-site trend and analysis data over defined periods of time.
The software makes it simple to admit new residents, add images, configure new devices and customize alarms and notifications.
Alarm and Event Management
Multiple alarm types can be managed and staff members can be kept fully informed on events through a variety of means: IP phones, pagers, scrolling signs, dome lights, e-mail and text messages. Each alert will include the Resident ID and location, and each event will appear on a customized map of your community.
A comprehensive reporting program enables users to generate customized, detailed reports and have them automatically generated and e-mailed on a regular schedule. Administrators can track response times, changing resident behavior and staffing patterns. The software will come with many built in reports and supports custom report filtering.
Support for Multiple Users
The software features a visually driven user interface, with alarm information automatically highlighted. The interface can be tailored to each user, so that staff members only see the information they need to do their jobs, while administrators can have full access to run reports and change system settings. Optional client computers display the Arial software for managing alarms, monitoring system activity and running reports.
