Our Customer Support Portal is the one-stop source for everything customers need to make the most of their STANLEY Healthcare investments: answers to questions, access to product documentation, support for technical challenges, a forum for sharing ideas, an easy way to manage licenses, request returns, order supplies and much more. We also offer 24/7 phone support, remote diagnostics and on-site repair.
Managed Services to Maximize RTLS Value
We recently launched four new groundbreaking services to assist our acute care customers with managing their solutions to increase efficiency and improve patient safety. The services are designed for our AeroScout RTLS solutions, including Asset Management, Environmental Monitoring, Hand Hygiene Compliance Monitoring, Patient Flow, Staff Workflow, Hugs® Infant Protection, Patient Protection and Staff Protection. Together, they represent a new standard in managed services for RTLS applications.
- Environmental Monitoring Tag Calibration & Certification to handle all aspects of replacing and configuring NIST-traceable temperature tags;
- Asset Tag Management for end-to-end management of asset tags, including monitoring battery status and replacing as needed;
- Proactive On-Site Services offering annual or semi-annual review of the health of life-safety applications such as Infant Protection;
- Customer Success Management to drive increased value from STANLEY Healthcare’s solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
