Service and Maintenance Plan

Service and Maintenance plans are available to help you keep your wandering and emergency call systems in top working condition. These plans include an annual inspection to help uncover potential issues early and steps will be taken to address any issues before they turn into bigger problems.  These plans also provide your facility with Repair Services should your system experience an outage between the annual inspections.  Optional extended warranties and upgrade plans are available to help give you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your service expenses will be covered at a fixed annual cost no matter what happens in your facility.

Repair Services On Demand

When the unexpected occurs, we can send an expert to help you resolve the issues.  Our Repair Services deliver highly skilled and focused resources when you need them.  Backed by a technical support-center staffed with experienced and trained engineers and a comprehensive product knowledge base, our nationwide field service engineers are factory-trained and certified on our wander management and emergency call products.  Different response offerings are available to accommodate your urgent needs or to keep your service costs manageable. 

Facility Inspection and Training (FIT)

Proactive services are available for your facility that are designed to help you have confidence that your systems are in sound working order and your staff has been trained to correctly operate and manage your wandering and emergency call systems.  Our customers can take advantage of our on-site services for a formal review and analysis of their existing systems.  One or more highly experienced technical support engineers will perform a system inspection and implement preventive maintenance measures by conducting an in-depth review of your WanderGuard, RoamAlert and Arial systems. Staff training services are also available to help keep your staff updated on the correct use of your critical wandering and emergency call systems.  These services are available individually and are included with our Service and Maintenance plans.
